Monks, near Rittenhouse Square, is another Philadelphia institution. This Belgium Cafe offers many different types beer (we are talking hundreds) from just about any country you can think of. They call their menu the Beer Bible...and that perfectly sums it up. Certainly one of my favorite Philly places. Also, stay for the mussels and the burgers that some say are the best in the city.

The fries at Monks are the best. Such a great place.
Monks is great but the lines are usually so long.
